But not to worry, NaBloPoMo shall soon be upon us and I will be honor-bound to make one post a day throughout the month of November. I hope many of them will actually be of substance and not just video links, etc.
Speaking of video links, here is one featuring Dallas’ own Fox 4 Reporter, Jeff Crilley…. pre-Fox 4
In the next few days we should be hearing from our newest member, Jay.
He should be able to provide some insight into conspiracies and/or paranormal happenings.
Please welcome him to the site.
Remember, if you don’t like what he has to say then I am not actually plugging his posts… I have been taken over by an alien which is being controlled by the current presidential staff. But shhh.. don’t tell anyone!
After a failed attempt at actually cooking something, I managed to get myself over to a neighboorhood McDonalds here in Dallas.
The wait in line was a bit longer than I would have liked but the plus side is that I had a chance to review the big menu. Normally I’m content with grabbing some nuggets, some barbeque sauce, and going to town. Today though, I felt in the mood to try something a little different. I ended up chosing the grilled chicken ranch BLT. Deliciousness ensued.
I was actually suprised with the sandwich. Usually fast food sandwiches are mediocre in tase, almost giving you a chance to taste the heating lamps. I don’t know if I lucked out, but my sandwich was freshly grilled and the ranch they used was quite tasty.
All in all, if you are going to be dropping by a Mickey-D’s in your area, I highly recommend this item.
Recently, we have received several hits coming from the Republic of Korea.
I know this is a tumultous time over there right now and I just wanted to help bring a sense of closure.
Tired of that other Korea getting all the press? Now you can let the world know that YOUR Korea can beat up THEIR Korea with one of our many fashionable pieces.
There was a good list of Blog Optimization ideas posted over at Folksonomy.org.
What do you think could be done to help optimize this blog?
Also, I would like to announce the addition of a select few ’subject-matter experts*’ who will be making their posts on particular topics.
One such individual will be Naytronic. He will be convering various elements of music including scene information, reviews, news and more.
Lets give him a little time to get comfortable with this blog and try to make an effort to check out his posts.
* For the purpose of this article, “subject-matter experts” are people who have more knowledge than I do in that realm. You may or may not agree with them and they may or may not know what they are talking about. That is half the fun.
Personally, I think this is a wonderful organization.
If you read a little bit of their history, they have been around for over 20 years and have helped to raise over $630 million dollars to be invested in breast cancer awareness, education and treatment.
Kudos to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
With October being National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I decided it was time I did my part to contribute.
We are now offering Breast Cancer Survivor type Women’s Apparel through our online storefront.
Everything from T-shirts to full Tracksuits.
Examples:
Slightly-humerous, very stylish pieces of apparel which you can wear to show your support.
For every purchase of one of our Cancer Awareness pieces of clothing, we will donate $2.50 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
If you would like to donate to the foundation, without purchasing one of our stylish fashion statements, you can do so HERE.
