Rare, rather freaky, disease. Affects 1 in 2 million.
Ok, just came across this gene-mutation which causes bones to constantly and sporadically grown. only 500 children are known to have it in the ENTIRE WORLD.
Cute kid. You can tell something is wrong, but can’t tell what.
Except with this X-ray. Eventually, he will fall into a case of complete paralysis due to being encased in a secondary skeleton.
On the plus-side, in 2006 they managed to uncover the gene responsible. Hopefully this means they can eventually find a cure.
